Do you like taking your pet to the beach? Is it difficult to imagine a trip to the beach without playing fetch with your dog on the sand? Rent our pet friendly beach house located in beautiful Rockaway Beach, Oregon.
While we had always fantasized about owning a beach house, we only starting thinking seriously about it after we found it nearly impossible to find a pet friendly beach house. We couldn't stand the thought of leaving our dogs, Sheriff and Tully, at home when we went to the coast—watching them frollick on the beach is half of the fun of visiting the beach.
We welcome well-behaved dogs to our beach house. We trust that you know your pet best. If you could trust your pet at a friend's house, then we trust that your pet will be well-behaved in our house.
Because even the most well-behaved pet requires additional cleaning and increases the potential for damage, we charge a nominal fee of $10 per night for pets.*
Rockaway Beach is a fairly small town and a secluded beach. Unlike other cities on the Oregon Coast like Seaside, the beach is usually fairly empty, and there is seven miles of sandy beaches to walk or run your dog on.
Dogs are required to be on leash in the city limits of Rockaway Beach. The town is very dog friendly, and you will more than likely meet other pet owners taking their pets out for a walk.
